Job Title: Continuous Professional Development Executive

We are seeking a professional to support the delivery and management of ongoing learning initiatives for the workforce. The ideal candidate will have expertise in enhancing employee capabilities through targeted professional development programs.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive professional development strategies
  • Coordinate with internal and external trainers to deliver high-quality learning modules
  • Support the creation and update of professional development pathways and learning materials
  • Monitor compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with HR teams to promote a continuous learning culture

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in professional development, training coordination, or a related HR role
  • Strong administrative, coordination, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Learning Management Systems
