
Senior Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior administrative professional to provide comprehensive support to the CEO office at Diginet Global.
Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and discretion in all interactions.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences efficiently, ensuring that all commitments are met in a timely manner.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for the CEO.
- Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, anticipating and resolving potential issues promptly.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve administrative processes and workflows.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable local or international university.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Secretary or Executive Assistant.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
