About the role

Career Description:

  • We are seeking a senior office coordinator to join our team and provide high-level support to the CFO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Services: Offer comprehensive support services to the CFO, focusing on daily schedule management, communication, and follow-up.
  • Meeting Assistance: Assist in coordinating meetings for the CFO, preparing meeting minutes, and distributing to attendees and responsible individuals.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, process documents, and handle financial transactions for the CFO.
  • Logistics Support: Arrange travel and accommodation for the CFO, maintain itineraries, and coordinate plans.
  • Backup Operations: Ensure timely weekly backups of critical data, maintaining organized and accessible storage.
  • Company Insights: Stay informed about company information, layouts, relationships, key positions, and contacts across the group and company products.
  • Task Execution: Assist in executing special projects and completing administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Business Information Technology (BBIT), Commerce (B.COM), or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1.5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
  • Basic accounting knowledge is necessary.
