Job Title: Contract Negotiation Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Negotiation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the execution of procurement activities, including documentation and compliance tracking.
  • Prepare purchase requisitions, RFQS, comparative statements, and purchase orders as part of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
  • Coordinate with vendors for quotation collection, order status updates, and basic negotiations under guidance.
  • Liaise with internal departments to gather specifications and facilitate timely procurement actions.
  • Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and support vendor evaluation and onboarding activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field from a recognized University.
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in procurement function.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP MM is preferred.
