Zia-Ul-Haq & Sons is looking for a Contract Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft, and manage contracts in line with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Perform accurate contract costing and pricing analysis for proposals and tenders.
  • Prepare and submit competitive quotations for tenders and other client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all contract terms, conditions, and timelines.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Supply chain, operations, finance, procurement) to ensure contract deliverables are met.
  • Maintain up-to-date contract records, amendments, renewals, and correspondence.
  • Track contract performance and report progress to management.
  • Identify risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
  • Support negotiations for new contracts, amendments, and renewals.
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to resolve contractual issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in hospitality, catering, or oil & gas sector.
  • Strong knowledge of contract costing, compliance, and tendering process.
  • Excellent negotiation and client-handling skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good understanding of legal and compliance requirements.

Location: Gadap Town Behind Baqai Medical University | Super Highway | Karachi - Pakistan.
