Job Overview

Restaurant owners face significant challenges, including long working hours. To alleviate this burden and help them grow their business, they use various software systems. However, managing these multiple systems can be overwhelming, adding to their already busy schedule and creating an additional operating cost when hiring someone to manage the technology.

The customer support team aims to address this issue by providing prompt and efficient support to restaurant customers. By working at night to address queries and escalate issues, we aim to significantly reduce turnaround time and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interfacing with internal teams to resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Documenting issues with thorough understanding of causes and implications.
  • Engaging with customers to investigate critical issues.
  • Utilizing a platform to assist restaurants in time-sensitive operational tasks.
Qualifications

An ideal candidate will possess the following soft skills:

  • Strong command of formal English.
  • Excellent people skills to establish relationships with restaurant owners.
  • High emotional intelligence.
  • Knowledge of cultural sensitivities.

We do not expect candidates to have all these competencies, but command over the English language is essential.

Additionally, an ideal candidate should have a good understanding of technical skills:

  • Experience in a support role.
  • Data analytics.
  • Reporting and documentation.

While prior experience in marketing is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
