
Key Account Business Developer

We're seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth by mastering sales strategies, nurturing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities.
This role will involve coordinating all business development actions, triggering opportunities within specified verticals for larger accounts. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with commercial policies while focusing on key objectives.
The primary objective will be to develop existing or new business by directly managing Key Accounts, in accordance with agreed targets and company guidelines. This includes eliciting customer needs, selling key products and services, negotiating rates with customers, ensuring rate sheets are documented and maintained, and monitoring monthly performance against set targets.
- Manage Key Accounts according to agreed targets and company guidelines
- Negotiate rates with customers in alignment with business units
- Ensure compliance with sales management processes and systems
- Monitor monthly performance against set targets
- Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the freight forwarding industry
- Experience in developing SME and national accounts, particularly within the healthcare sector
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share in a competitive environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
