
Sales Account Manager

About the Role:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth in the South Zone. This role involves managing relationships with Dental Service Organizations (DSOs), developing and executing strategic account plans, and ensuring alignment with national business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building and Management:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with DSOs in the South Zone.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
- Identify opportunities within existing accounts and develop new business.
- Ensure the region meets revenue targets.
- Lead contract negotiations with DSOs.
- Evaluate pricing, terms, and conditions.
- Promote effective resolution of client issues.
- Foster long-term partnerships.
Key Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts.
