This senior-level position oversees the email marketing team, responsible for creating messaging, coding, and executing email campaigns.

Main Accountabilities:
  1. Team Guidance: Provides guidance, support, and performance feedback to team members to ensure the successful delivery of email campaigns.
  2. Lead Generation Strategy: Develops and implements lead generation programs to increase the company's subscriber base.
  3. CRM Campaign Execution: Ensures email and SMS marketing campaigns align with marketing strategy and business goals.
  4. Campaign Evaluation: Analyzes performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to make data-driven improvements.
  5. Email List Segmentation: Manages and segments email lists to effectively target specific audiences.
  6. Compliance: Ensures all email campaigns comply with industry regulations, including CAN-SPAM and CCPA.
  7. Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborates with designers, copywriters, and developers to create cohesive and engaging email content.
  8. Testing and Improvement: Conducts A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve email and SMS performance.
  9. Performance Reporting: Generates and presents detailed reports on campaign performance to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or Communications or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in email and SMS marketing, with a strong background in HTML and CSS coding for emails.
  • Strong leadership skills & solid experience in managing and leading a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize campaigns.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Industry knowledge: Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in CRM marketing.
