Business Development Manager

This role oversees the strategic management of natural gas distribution operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in senior leadership positions and a strong understanding of the Oil & Gas industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute operational strategies to meet customer performance expectations.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure the safe, efficient, and economical distribution of natural gas.
  • Serve as a key business leader for the company, fostering positive relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain effective safety programs and protocols throughout the area of responsibility.
  • Cultivate and mentor high-performing teams to drive business growth and success.
  • Oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and design specifications.

The successful candidate will possess 17 years of post-qualification experience, including 5 years in a senior management role. Prior experience in the Oil & Gas/Public Utility sector is highly desirable.

Key Requirements:
  • Engineering Graduate (16 years of education) preferably with a mechanical background.
  • Age: Should not exceed 57 years.
