Job Title: Business Development Associate

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Associate to spearhead our business growth initiatives.

About the Role:

  • Develop strategic communication plans to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Proactively engage with prospective clients via phone and email to schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads and track progress.
  • Conduct thorough research on target organizations to identify key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Build relationships with clients to establish long-term partnerships and drive revenue growth.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Analyze client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

This is a full-time remote opportunity that requires strong communication skills, an outgoing personality, and the ability to work independently.

Requirements & Skills:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a sales or business development capacity.
  • Sales-oriented and goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines.
