We are a fast-growing and dynamic team in the business services industry, committed to helping clients make informed decisions and achieve their goals. We're currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate / Business Development Associate to join our team and play a key role in our lead engagement process.

Job Description:

As a Business Development Associate, your primary responsibility will be to call potential clients, introduce them to our services, qualify their interest, and schedule meetings with our closing team. You'll serve as the first point of contact for many of our prospects and play a vital role in maintaining a strong pipeline of scheduled appointments.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective leads and follow up with warm leads
  • Introduce and explain company services to clients professionally
  • Gather basic client information and assess their level of interest
  • Schedule qualified appointments for closers and update CRM systems
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize outreach efforts
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up communication

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus
  • Comfortable with making outbound calls and handling objections
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Basic computer skills and experience using CRM tools preferred
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
