Relationship Development Professional

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in cultivating relationships with low-cost private schools within assigned territories.

This entails introducing and explaining educational resources, highlighting their merits and effectiveness. The incumbent will also provide ongoing support to schools regarding the use and benefits of these resources.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary liaison between the organization and schools within the assigned territory
  • Visiting schools regularly to introduce and explain educational resources
  • Highlighting the educational merits and proven effectiveness of these resources
  • Providing ongoing support to schools regarding use and benefits of school resources
  • Managing and increasing adoption footprints, with measurable targets
  • Pursuing opportunities to engage schools persistently
  • Organizing and facilitating book fairs, product orientation sessions, and other outreach activities
  • Collecting feedback and market data for continuous improvement
  • Maintaining accurate records of visits, sales, and communications using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Reporting regularly on progress, challenges, and opportunities

Besides the standard expectations, the successful Relationship Development Professional will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to adapt quickly to new situations, and demonstrate a strong ability to work independently.
