Our company is seeking an experienced ERP Junior Development Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role will play a key part in shaping our ERP development, implementation and consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain ERP/Accounting software modules such as accounting, inventory, payroll, CRM, and reporting.
  • Support the design and implementation of scalable, modular, and user-friendly features.
  • Participate in defining technical solutions under the guidance of senior developers or team leads.
Technical Requirements:

  • Sound expertise in database design and management using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
  • Knowledge of ERP/Accounting standards and frameworks (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
  • Basic understanding of core accounting processes and ERP functionalities such as AR/AP, GL, payroll, inventory, and CRM.
  • Familiarity with existing ERP and accounting systems
  • Strong collaboration and learning mindset to work under the direction of senior developers and consultants on large-scale implementations.
Qualifications:
  • At least bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or similar field from a recognized university.
  • Finance/Accounting certification will be plus
