Folio3 offers a unique opportunity for recent ACCA graduates to receive technical training and hands-on experience in NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing customer business requirements, needs, and objectives to design solutions in NetSuite.
  • Supporting the preparation of solution designs and performing gap analysis for business requirements not mapped on standard NetSuite ERP.
  • Drafting functional specifications for gaps requiring customization by the technical team.
  • Conducting process walkthrough workshops to demonstrate the NetSuite solution to clients.
  • Developing User Acceptance Test (UAT) cases and guiding customers in performing UAT while resolving encountered issues.
  • Contributing to developing data migration strategies and templates, and overseeing data upload activities into NetSuite ERP.
  • Ensuring smooth and timely cutover to NetSuite ERP by addressing risks identified during Data Migration and earlier implementation phases.
  • Providing post-go-live support and assisting in upselling further support services if required.
Requirements:
  • ACCA qualification.
  • Prior experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and analytical abilities.

They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Additionally, they should have a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as experience with financial software and systems.
