The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of billing and cash management functions. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Billing and Payment Processing: Compare bills with Goods Received Note (GRN) and verify discrepancies.
  2. Accounts Reconciliation: Prepare and send accurate invoices to the Finance department for vendor payments.
  3. Cash Handling and Record-Keeping: Maintain up-to-date records of all transactions and reconcile accounts on a regular basis.
  4. Customer Support: Respond to client inquiries regarding payment status and resolve any issues promptly.
  5. Database Maintenance: Update and maintain the database of consumable items, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  6. Procurement and Supply Chain Management: Assist in purchasing and servicing requisitions, as well as issuing Goods Received Notes (GRN) documents.
