Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead the expansion and growth of our home automation solutions. This entails identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and forging strategic partnerships to enhance market presence.

This position demands a deep understanding of the smart home industry, coupled with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure our offerings meet the evolving needs of customers and stay ahead of industry trends.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining customer relationship management systems to implement timely workflows for home automation leads.
  • Overseeing operational activities of the demonstration room.
  • Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through networking, lead calling, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
  • Negotiating and closing business deals aligned with company objectives.
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Developing and executing strategies to enhance company visibility and profitability.
  • Preparing compelling proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics to optimize strategies.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintaining comprehensive records of business development and sales activities.
  • Utilizing strong negotiation and communication skills effectively.
  • Demonstrating excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Exhibiting self-motivation and contributing effectively as part of a team or independently.
Requirements:

An MBA or BBA degree is required for this position. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the banking sector and who are available to join immediately.
