Business Development Professional

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of lead generation/inside sales experience and have a proven track record of success in developing new business opportunities.
The successful Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying, developing and closing new business leads via telephone and email. They will also be expected to maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities through our CRM system.
- Develop new business by introducing the client's solution/services and identifying potential buyers within targeted companies.
- Follow up on leads to obtain referrals and identify potential prospects.
- Conduct needs analyses to determine prospects' pain points and how the client's solution/services can address them.
- Document all actions and emails through notes in the provided CRM system.
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through to the sales funnel.
