Senior ServiceNow Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our IT service management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure technical documentation is captured for any new initiative, and maintained throughout the modular implementation
  • Design and configure ServiceNow applications and services to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with the platform team to develop and implement new features and changes
  • Provide ongoing support for ServiceNow incidents and requests, liaising with cross-functional teams as necessary
  • Set up and monitor error reporting within the platform to ensure system availability and health

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, Service Portal, Service Catalogue, CMDB, Performance Analytics and Reporting
  • Proficiency in using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Workflows, Form Design and UI Actions
  • Experience of the CSM module and Service Operations Workspace
  • Ability to work effectively as a 2nd line application support technician
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support end users
  • Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management skills
  • Capacity to manage workload effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to create professional technical documentation
