Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and be able to work in various ServiceNow modules.

They should be proficient in all aspects of the ServiceNow development life-cycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation, testing, and ongoing support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or relevant field.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
  • Experience in various ServiceNow modules such as Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Security Operations (SecOps), Governance Risk Compliance (GRC), IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Business Management (ITBM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), and Integrations.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow scripting languages, including JavaScript, GlideScript, Jelly, and AngularJS.
  • Skilled in performing ServiceNow administration tasks, including user management, access controls, roles, and permissions, and system maintenance.
  • Good knowledge in business rules, activate plugins, manage data with tables, import sets, and update sets.
  • Control system access and data security, control access to the application and its records.
  • Proficient in activities like creating roles, profiles, email services, page layouts, workflow alerts, and actions, and approval process.
  • Experience in developing custom applications and integrations in ServiceNow.
  • Worked on integrations like LDAP, TIBCO, SCCM, using SOAP web services.
  • Expertise in architecting scalable and robust ServiceNow solutions that meet enterprise-level requirements.
  • Experience in designing and implementing SSO solutions using ServiceNow SSO functionality, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect for seamless authentication.
  • Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
