Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our IT Service Management (ITSM) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development and configuration, with expertise in ITSM, Service Portal, Service Catalog, CMDB, Performance Analytics, and Reporting. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support IT operations and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure technical documentation is captured for any new initiative, and maintained for the length of the modular implementation
  • Design and configure ServiceNow applications and services
  • Work with the platform team to develop and implement new features and changes
  • Provide BAU Support for any ServiceNow incidents and requests, liaising with 3rd party teams as necessary
  • Setup and monitor error reporting within the platform to ensure system availability and health

Required Skills:

  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, Service Portal, Service Catalogue, CMDB, Performance Analytics and Reporting.
  • Experience using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Workflows, Form Design and UI Action.
  • Experience of the CSM module, Service Operations Workspace
  • Experience working as a 2nd line application support technician
  • Experience in supporting end users
  • Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management skills
  • Ability to manage workload effectively
  • Be able to create professional technical documentation
