We are seeking skilled ServiceNow professionals to contribute to the development of our platform. Ideal candidates will have a thorough understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem and be able to work effectively across various modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Develop custom solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Oversee ServiceNow upgrade and migration projects, minimizing disruption to business operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
  • Familiarity with multiple ServiceNow modules, such as CMDB, SecOps, GRC, ITAM, ITOM, ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, and Integrations.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages, including JavaScript, GlideScript, Jelly, and AngularJS.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow administration tasks, including user management, access controls, roles and permissions, and system maintenance.
  • Experience with activities like creating Roles, Profiles, Email Services, Page Layouts, Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Process.
  • Ability to develop custom applications and integrations using ServiceNow APIs.
  • Experience with integrations like LDAP, TIBCO, SCCM, utilizing SOAP web services.
  • Expertise in designing scalable and robust ServiceNow solutions that meet enterprise-level requirements.
  • Experience with implementing SSO solutions using ServiceNow SSO functionality, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect for seamless authentication.
  • Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Certification:
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification(s) are highly valued.
