Production Manager Role Overview

Are you an experienced professional with a passion for pharmaceutical manufacturing? Do you have strong leadership skills and a commitment to quality?

We are seeking a Production Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will oversee the production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands while maintaining high-quality standards.
  2. Lead a team of production staff, providing training, guidance, and support to enhance productivity and technical skills.
  3. Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory levels, and quality control metrics.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement lean manufacturing techniques.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and company quality standards.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is required. You must have at least 5-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with a proven track record of leadership and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance is essential. Familiarity with manufacturing software and ERP systems is also preferred.
