About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Venture Builder to lead our high-margin digital-first companies. This role involves discovering attractive market opportunities, defining value propositions, and launching and iterating on Minimum Lovable Products/Services (MLP/S).

The ideal candidate will have a bias for action, courage under fire, and a strong get-shit-done attitude. They will also be able to work directly with the Founding Partners, who have a track record of three exits and eight companies to date.

This is an exciting opportunity to accelerate your personal and career growth while working remotely on CET times.

  • Discover attractive market opportunities, Jobs To Be Done / customer pain points, and business models for new high-margin digital-first companies.
  • Define value proposition, go-to-market strategy, roadmap, financial model including unit economics, scaling levers and what success looks like in 1-3 years.
  • Launch and iterate on the MLP/S using low/no code tools. Measure the KPIs that matter.
  • Lead as an interim founder until we hire external leadership. Help recruit. Jump in and help out existing ventures when needed.
