Job Title: Transporter, Clinical Laboratory

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Transporter to join our team. As a Transporter, you will be responsible for collecting lab specimens from various collection points and transporting them to the laboratory in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
  • Collect lab specimens from assigned collection points and transport them to the laboratory as per schedule.
  • Distribute and deliver samples to the laboratory sections as per guidelines.
  • Ensure thorough visual inspection of the assigned vehicle before initiating daily tasks to avoid any delays due to breakdowns.
  • Assess collection point staff in issue/packing/loading/transporting medical supplies as required.
  • Assist in resolving emergencies that may hinder timely transportation of patient samples.
  • Train new or junior transporters on collection point routes.
  • Collect and deliver BME/IT equipment from collection points.
Requirements
  • Matriculation; Intermediate preferred.
  • 2-3 years of driving experience with light vehicles.
  • Valid LTV driving license.
  • Ability to read and write basic English.
  • Willingness to work in shift duties.
