About the Job
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Leadership Expert to drive our corporate sales operations forward. As a Senior Manager Corporate Sales, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and developing strategies to effectively sell software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Sales Leadership: Oversee and manage field sales operations to ensure targets are achieved and exceeded.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Software Sales Strategies: Develop and execute plans to effectively sell software solutions.
- Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and implement strategies to capture and grow market share.
- Strategic Planning: Design and implement sales strategies that align with the company's objectives.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance data to optimize strategies and achieve objectives.
Requirements:
- 5+ Years of proven experience in field sales, Corporate Sales, and software solution selling.
- Strong understanding of market sales dynamics.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales with a focus on software solutions.
- Demonstrated success in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets.
