Digital Marketing Performance Lead

Purpose Path seeks a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to drive business growth through effective conversion marketing strategies.

This role involves overseeing multiple Google Ad Accounts and digital design and development projects for clients. We are looking for a professional with success in various digital marketing roles, specializing in Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage numerous paid campaigns across Search (SEM), Display, and Video for our clients.
  2. Own campaign performance, forecasting budget allocation for maximum return on investment.
  3. Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and generate reports measuring client key performance indicators.
  4. Monitor and optimize campaigns daily for tasks such as negative keyword mining, bid adjustments, and testing ad texts.
  5. Investigate and report on campaign concerns, resolving platform issues and acting as a key resource for support.
  6. Create detailed monthly reports for internal reviews and client updates.
  7. Manage communications with vendors and third parties to ensure project delivery.
  8. Collaborate with the Account Management Team to achieve success for all clients.
Job Requirements

Skill & Qualification Highlights:

  1. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
  2. Demonstrable success in improving account performance for Google PPC campaigns is crucial.
  3. A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in conversion marketing, preferably in e-commerce or real estate.
  4. Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  5. Familiarity with digital reporting, tagging, tracking, and analytics, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  6. Ability to uncover insights from data and use quantitative methods to answer questions and find optimization opportunities.
