Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role: We're seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven paid campaigns.

As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and display ads to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and strategize paid marketing campaigns across social media, search (SEM), display advertising, and affiliate channels to drive revenue growth.
  2. Design and refine performance marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives, customer acquisition goals, and brand positioning.
  3. Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights to improve ROI and lower cost per conversion (CPA).
  4. Create simple, easy-to-understand reports and dashboards that communicate key metrics and performance insights to stakeholders.
  5. Work with creative teams to develop brand-aligned ads, test strategies, and optimize campaign elements (like creatives and landing pages).
  6. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing campaigns and channels.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and analytics to align on goals and ensure cohesive messaging.
