Transform Business Performance through Strategic HR Initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be a visionary and innovative Human Resources (HR) professional, with a strong track record of delivering business value through the application of cutting-edge HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay attuned to the pulse of the business unit, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance its effectiveness by examining teams, structure, and processes.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and teams to foster positive work relationships, elevate morale/culture, and boost productivity and retention.
  • Analyze people-related data to identify trends and recommend solutions that can improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
  • Present data and analytics in a way that provides meaningful insights to the business, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and advice on Employee Life Cycle matters for both full-time equivalent (FTE) and contractual terms employees (CTE).
  • Ensure seamless execution of all People Practice programs and processes within the business unit.
  • Stay current with industry-leading HR practices and create thought leadership in the HR space by implementing innovative programs.
  • Work closely with management and employees to promote employee engagement, including improving work relationships, building morale, increasing productivity and retention.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of HR programs by tracking key performance indicators.
  • Serve as a liaison with other HR Centers of Excellence (COE) teams to coordinate the development of programs, systems, and processes that support the business.
  • Take on both strategic and tactical roles, providing comprehensive Human Resources support throughout the employee life cycle.
  • Be accountable for HR Service Delivery via multiple outsourced vendors for their respective regions.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations.

Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in the Human Resource department, with at least 4 years in a Business Partnering role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is advantageous.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Employee Life Cycle, Labor Laws, and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
