Enterprise Delivery Manager

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, manage expectations and gather feedback.
  2. Project Coordination: Plan, organize and execute projects from initiation to completion.
  3. Quotation Development: Prepare and negotiate project quotations.
  4. Negotiation: Negotiate project terms and conditions.
  5. Cost Management: Allocate and manage project costs efficiently.
  6. Budget Planning: Develop and manage project budgets.
  7. Resource Optimization: Allocate resources effectively to achieve project objectives.
Requirements:
  • Decision Making: Make informed decisions aligned with project goals and objectives.
  • Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement project plans, schedules and budgets.
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

  • Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate resources to meet project objectives.
  • Task Delegation: Delegate tasks, responsibilities and authority to team members.
  • Team Morale: Foster a positive work environment promoting collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Organize, lead and facilitate meetings with stakeholders.
  • Coordination: Coordinate activities, tasks and resources across multiple teams and departments.
