Job Opportunity

As a Talent Acquisition Partner for EMEA, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle across multiple countries. Your goal is to ensure alignment with global talent acquisition standards while adapting strategies to meet local market needs.



Key Responsibilities
  • Drive operational excellence in sourcing, stakeholder collaboration, and data integrity.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to understand talent needs, provide market insights, and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines by leveraging various tools, social media, career events, and third-party partnerships.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Contribute to global and regional talent initiatives, including projects focused on Diversity & Inclusion, employer branding, candidate experience, and recruitment process excellence.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an autonomous, senior-level recruitment role, including hiring for both professional and managerial level positions.
  • Hands-on expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes ideally both agency and in-house.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media platforms for sourcing and talent pipelining.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills within a multinational company context.
