Job Summary:
The IT Technical Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier technical talent across multiple technologies and platforms. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in a software house setup and a deep understanding of tech roles, stacks, and recruitment strategies. This role is onsite and candidate from nearby areas will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end technical recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
- Collaborate with department leads to understand current and future hiring needs
- Write compelling job descriptions tailored to specific technical roles
- Use LinkedIn, Rozee.pk, Indeed, and Boolean search techniques to attract top talent
- Screen candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with Orcadev's values
- Schedule and coordinate technical assessments and interviews
- Will be responsible for creating a good company image on social media platforms
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key technology roles (developers, DevOps, QA, etc.)
- Maintain recruitment data and analytics via ATS and Excel reports
- Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Responsible for employer branding activities and participate in job fairs or university events
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging hiring strategies in the IT space
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field
- 3–4 years of proven experience in technical recruitment in a software house/IT firm is mandatory
- Strong understanding of software development roles, stacks (MERN, MEAN, Laravel, .NET, DevOps, etc.), and hiring needs
- Proficient in using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and ATS
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail and time management
- Must be a resident within 10–15 KM radius of DHA Phase 8, Lahore
