About the Role

The Commercial Liaison Executive plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless customer experience. As a key member of our commercial experience team, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions and providing exceptional service.



Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop a basic understanding of our CRM system and all linked portals to efficiently manage customer interactions.
  2. Greet and welcome customers at the experience center, ensuring a positive first impression.
  3. Handle customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Maintain high-quality standards for customer facilitation and continuously improve processes.


Key Qualifications
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and stakeholders.
  • Possess good sales and service expertise to provide tailored solutions to customers.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and show strong email communication skills.
  • Hold knowledge of telecom products and customer management systems to effectively manage customer interactions.
