Job Description:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and targeting new sales leads, focusing on key market categories such as corporate offices, real estate projects, and commercial clients. They will develop and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, builders, developers, and corporate industries to expand the client network.

The successful candidate will develop and execute a business development plan focused on revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. They will conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive positioning. Additionally, they will stay updated on industry trends, furniture solutions, customer needs, and marketing practices to enhance sales strategies.

The Business Development Manager will work closely with sales, pricing, and marketing teams to develop competitive pricing strategies and respond promptly to client inquiries. Requirements include a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, 5+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or corporate sales, preferably in furniture, interiors, or related industries, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth in the Multan region.
