We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Freight Forwarding Service Representative.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers, handling inbound and outbound communications, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering top-notch service and support
  2. Answer incoming calls, respond to messages, and resolve customer inquiries related to shipment tracking, rates, and services offered
  3. Educate customers on shipping regulations, procedures, and documentation requirements
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
  5. Provide customers with regular updates on the status of their shipments
  6. Enter and update customer information in our database
  7. Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

Key Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  2. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with customer management systems
  5. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed
