Job Title:

Administrative Professional

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Professional to oversee our company's recruiting, learning and development programs, as well as administrative tasks.


About the Role:

This position requires an individual with strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills to manage various administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Develop and implement referral programs and manage the hiring process.
  • Conduct thorough background checks and reference verifications.
  • Maintain digital records of employees, perform orientations, and update staff records.
  • Liaise with local and government sectors (LESCO, WASA, EOBI, PESSI etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (MBA in HRM preferred) with 4-5 years of experience in HR and Admin management. Additionally, the candidate should have:

  • Familiarity with Labor Laws and Human Resource policies.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage payroll and handle outdoor assignments.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time/Permanent position with a First Shift (Day) schedule located in Lahore, Pakistan.
