About the Role:
This position requires a highly qualified and compassionate midwife to deliver exceptional care and support to women, addressing their physical and emotional needs during pregnancy, childbirth, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing comprehensive antenatal and postnatal care, ensuring women receive optimal support and guidance throughout their pregnancy and after childbirth.
- Collaborating with obstetricians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication with patients and their families.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with patients, building trust and confidence in their care.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates should have:
- A Diploma in Midwifery from an accredited Nursing & Midwifery school with at least one year of experience.
- A valid license from the relevant nursing council.
- Expert knowledge of women's health and maternity care, with a focus on prevention and promotion of healthy outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work in all shift duties.
