The Centre of Excellence in Women and Child Health aims to support the introduction, piloting, and scaling-up of high-quality, high-impact interventions to improve maternal, newborn, child, and adolescent health (MNCAH) in Pakistan. It leverages both public and private sectors and introduces women and girls' empowerment initiatives.

This is a grant-funded contractual position.

Job Role / Responsibilities:
  • Raise requests for medicines in advance according to project requirements to ensure timely disbursement to field sites.
  • Supervise medicine inventory and stock distribution, ensuring proper record-keeping.
  • Ensure procurement processes are followed and liaise with project supervisors and relevant departments for smooth processing.
  • Spearhead the utilization of department warehouses and maintain proper stock management.
  • Conduct frequent audits to verify stock records and actual inventory.
  • Perform audit and monitoring visits to field site offices to ensure compliance with university policies.
  • Present findings and recommend improvements based on observations.
Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:

You should have:

  • Pharm-D or equivalent qualification;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a healthcare organization;
  • Excellent communication and supervisory skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and computer skills;
  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure;
  • Good negotiation and management skills;
  • Willingness to travel frequently to field sites;
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
