">- We are seeking a skilled Bidder to drive business growth by identifying and securing high-value projects on freelancing platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms, with a focus on the US and Canadian markets.
- Write customized and persuasive proposals to attract clients.
- Maintain and update profiles to ensure visibility and competitiveness.
- Negotiate project terms and pricing with potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Track bid performance and optimize strategies for better conversion.
Requirements:
">- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant business development or sales experience.
- Proven experience in bidding on Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of IT services and software development projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to craft compelling proposals that win projects.
- Familiarity with market trends and client expectations.
- Strong negotiation and client handling skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Experience working with the US and Canadian markets is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
