We are seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development professional to join our team as a Research Publication Sales Specialist.

Job Description

  • You will play a key role in growing our client base by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing relationships with researchers and academic institutions, and offering solutions customized to their publication goals.

  • Your responsibilities will include developing and executing effective sales strategies, conducting consultations and presentations for prospective clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, collaborating with the marketing team to align efforts, providing client onboarding and product training as needed, and meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.

Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and consultation.

Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives.

Training and Support: Provide client onboarding and product training as needed to ensure client satisfaction and success.

Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets to drive business growth.

Qualifications

Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proven experience in sales, preferably in the academic or digital service industry, ability to train and guide clients through our services, excellent organizational and time management abilities, goal-oriented and self-motivated.

About This Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi. As a Sales and Business Development professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth through sales and marketing initiatives.
