Implementation Strategist Role Summary

The Implementation Strategist will play a pivotal role in shaping Motive's technical engagements during the pre-sales process. This individual must possess exceptional customer insight and solution crafting skills to align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify new business opportunities by understanding client needs and delivering impactful solutions.
  • Solution Development: Create and deliver customer-centric solutions, including prospect presentations and RFP responses, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Change Management: Guide clients through the change management process during telematics solution implementation, providing support and strategies for smooth adoption and integration.
  • Operational Alignment: Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and operations, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Sales Collateral Maintenance: Collaborate with Post Sales Operations team to maintain and update sales collateral and resources, ensuring they remain current and effective.
  • Initiative Effectiveness: Monitor the effectiveness of sales initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Professional Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Professional Services, SaaS solutions, or similar fields, with a strong focus on customer engagement and solution development.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to understand complex technical solutions and present them in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients, particularly in helping them through change management during technology implementation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence stakeholders.
  • Analytical Thinking: Capability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance customer solutions and sales strategies.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing forecasts, pipelines, and sales activities.
