Assistant Manager

We are seeking a skilled securities professional to fill the role of Assistant Manager. The selected candidate will play a critical role in driving our brokerage services forward and contributing to our growth and success.

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Trading equities for corporate accounts and high net worth individuals in various exchanges.
  • Developing clients' portfolios through strategic investments in the equity market.
  • Proactively communicating with clients regarding order status and market conditions.
  • Maintaining full compliance with trading policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively translate complex technical concepts into business terms.
  • A strong personality with excellent sales skills to source new business opportunities.
  • The ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment and interact with trading staff and brokers.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field. An advanced degree, MBA, and/or CFA certification are considered assets.
