About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to lead and optimize our HR operations, people strategy, and recruitment efforts. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company culture, streamlining HR processes, and building a high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Operations: Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks to support a fast-growing organization. Manage payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems to ensure seamless HR operations.
  • People Operations: Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and company culture. Drive performance management initiatives, including goal setting, feedback cycles, and career development programs.
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute a recruitment strategy to attract top-tier talent across multiple functions. Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in HR, people operations, or talent acquisition, preferably in a tech or SaaS company.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
  • Proven experience in building and scaling HR processes and systems.
  • Hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment and employer branding.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
