About Our Team:

The Advanced Manufacturing Engineer plays a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes and systems to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced manufacturing processes for new and existing products, ensuring seamless integration with product design, R&D, and production teams.

  • Lead projects involving automation, robotics, and Industry 4.0 solutions, leveraging expertise in process capability studies, process control methods, and lean manufacturing principles.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

  • Design and specify manufacturing equipment, tooling, and fixtures, utilizing proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools.

  • Identify and implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize workflow, analyzing production data and generating reports to monitor process performance.

  • Support the introduction of new products into production by developing process documentation, work instructions, and training materials, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing downtime.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging manufacturing technologies and trends, maintaining a competitive advantage through continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field, demonstrating strong theoretical foundations and practical experience.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in advanced manufacturing or process engineering, preferably in a high-tech or automotive environment, showcasing expertise in automation, robotics, and smart manufacturing systems.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading projects, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively.
