Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support our team with administrative, communication, and client management tasks. This is an onsite role that requires prior experience in handling international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to communications, messages, and client interactions in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring smooth calendar management.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit reports, proposals, articles, and content.
  • Assist with social media management and customer support as needed.
  • Maintain and organize digital files, documents, and records.
  • Utilize and manage CRM platforms for seamless client interactions.
  • Track and manage tasks using project management tools.
  • Provide general administrative support to senior executives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, with a focus on international client handling.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and project management tools.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, professional environment.

This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of handling high-level administrative responsibilities while maintaining excellent client relationships.
