Sales Manager Cybersecurity Services Position


Seeking a seasoned and driven Business Development/Sales Manager with a strong background in cybersecurity services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of Security Operations Center (SOC) business by identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing strong relationships with C-level executives, and guiding the sales cycle from lead generation to successful closure.

This is a high-impact client-facing role that requires consultative sales expertise, a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, and robust business acumen.

The Sales Manager will independently hunt and qualify new business opportunities for SOC and other cybersecurity services, build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring it meets and exceeds quarterly and annual targets.

The ideal candidate will drive opportunities to successful closure, managing the entire sales cycle. Lead bid responses, tenders, and RFPs, and work collaboratively with internal teams to submit timely and compelling proposals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth through strategic account management and development of new opportunities
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring it meets and exceeds quarterly and annual targets
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, and contract negotiation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the Pakistani market
  • Develop and expand strategic relationships with clients, particularly with CXOs and key stakeholders within customer accounts across industries such as BFSI, Enterprise, SMBs, Government, Education, and Telecoms
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 15+ years of B2B services and solutions selling experience, with a focus on cybersecurity
  • Proven ability to manage enterprise accounts and close high-value service contracts
  • Strong existing relationships with clients and CXOs in the Pakistan market
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Strong business acumen, analytical, and business planning skills
Preferred Attributes
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or other relevant sales/technical certifications are a plus
  • Prior experience selling Managed SOC and VAPT services is highly desirable
  • Fluency in the Written and Verbal English language is mandatory
