Job Purpose:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Account Handling & Relationship Management to ensure repeat business and long-term client retention
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling existing clients to expand solution adoption and increase deal size.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and expand strong relationships with B2B, B2G and Chinese enterprise accounts to drive business growth.
  2. Achieve revenue targets across telecom services, ICT solutions, and enterprise solution offerings.
  3. Ensure 100% and timely recovery revenue from assigned accounts.
  4. Promote and execute solution selling in domains such as cloud, IoT, and cybersecurity.
  5. Develop and present customized proposals and solution bundles to match client requirements.
  6. Identify and secure new business opportunities in government, state-owned enterprises, and Chinese corporates.
  7. Manage complete sales cycle including RFP/RFQ response, negotiations, contracting, and deal closure. Collaborate with Chinese vendors and ecosystem partners to co-develop solutions.
  8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, financial, and contractual obligations during engagements.
  9. Deliver accurate pipeline visibility, market intelligence, and sales forecasts to management. Act as a single point of contact for escalations, ensuring seamless resolution and customer satisfaction.

Job Specific Skills:

  1. Proven Key Account Management experience in Telecom, ICT, Banking, or FMCG sectors.
  2. Ability to compare telecom operator packages and demonstrate competitive advantages to customers.
  3. Expertise in portfolio management and revenue collection.
  4. Strong numerical ability for pricing, comparisons, and business case development.
  5. Ability to drive retention and new business in the government and corporate markets.
  6. Establish network and relationships with business groups and government offices. Experience in solution/box selling within telecom/ICT (cloud, cybersecurity, IoT, data center).

Education:

  • Minimum Graduation degree, Master's will be preferred

Special Requirement:

  1. Experience delivering ICT solutions to government and private sector clients, with an understanding of procurement processes and sector-specific needs
  2. Knowledge of ICT solution selling and managing product offerings. Ability to assess client requirements and propose effective, value-driven ICT solutions aligned with business objectives.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales, preferably within the ICT industry or related technology sectors, demonstrating a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • The candidate should have hands-on experience managing complex sales cycles, engaging with both government and private sector clients, and effectively leveraging sales strategies such as upselling, cross-selling, and account management to drive revenue growth.
