Key Roles and Responsibilities of Talent Acquisition Partner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned talent acquisition professional to lead our recruitment efforts in the LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing candidates through leading job boards, researching and shortlisting CVs for interviews, liaising with candidates and interviewers, and managing correspondence throughout the hiring process.
  • Developing and maintaining healthy candidate pipelines by constantly seeking talented individuals and fostering long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Creating dashboards to track and analyze recruitment metrics, engaging stakeholders throughout the talent acquisition process for alignment and collaboration, and ensuring compliance with recruitment procedures within the organization.
  • Upholding ethical conduct, maintaining confidentiality of candidate and company information, and adhering to best practices in talent acquisition.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, have a strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics, and be proficient in using various recruitment tools and software.
