Client Relationship Manager Role

This position involves managing and developing client relationships to foster strong connections with clients. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Provide assistance to customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in-person meetings.
  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • E nsure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in account management or other relevant field.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail.
