Job Opportunity: HR Manager

Job Description:

The organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to oversee the recruitment process, develop policies, manage payroll, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Recruitment and Selection: Oversee the entire recruitment process from job postings to candidate selection.
  2. HR Document Creation: Develop policies, job descriptions, manuals, and other essential HR documents.
  3. Payroll Management: Independently manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional time-keeping skills, maintain high reliability in performing tasks, exhibit excellent communication skills, and showcase experience in handling complex and challenging tasks.
